Ways to Get Rid of Butt Acne


Ever run your hand across your back side only to find that the skin is sporting some pimples? You're so not alone.                                                             How to Prevent It
Cleanliness is huge, and taking hot showers and using exfoliants to open up pores and clear away dead skin helps to prevent acne back there from the beginning. Wearing loose clothes, and if you can manage, stick with cotton underwear because it’ll allow your skin to breathe. When you do exercise, change out of your clothes as quickly as possible afterwards so that sweat and bacteria doesn’t start to clog pores and dry in the skin.

In Order to be able to get rid of butt acne completely the most important thing to remember is to not pop any pimples as this can lead to scarring and leave your skin open to infection and more. Scrub your butt with a scrub you can make at home with 2table spoon of sugar(I use brown), 1 table spoon of olive oil, pinch of salt and a table spoon of honey which you mix together in a small bowl and apple to your butt working it round so as to achieve an immediate result when you apply any of the listed below.. 

1. Use a Benzoyl Peroxide Body Wash
To eradicate bumps, Jaliman recommends using a body wash with benzoyl peroxide. While the ingredient is normally used as a spot treatment for zits, Jaliman says that it's a must for getting rid of folliculitis since it dries up and sloughs off the dead skin clogging the follicle. 2. Unclog Pores with Salicylic Acid Pads
Working toward a bump-free butt? Prevent future developments by unclogging pores a few times a week with a pad spiked with salicylic acid, says Jaliman. Again, what works on zits will work on these infected follicles—though they may not be painful the way zits are, they still require similar cleansing regimens. 3. Use a Lotion with Lactic Acid

4. Always Shower After a Sweat Session
All right, 'fess up—do you sometimes sit around in your workout clothes after you've been hitting it hard in the gym? Jaliman says this bad habit can lead to butt bumps. "It's best to shower right after a workout so you don't sit around in clothing you've been sweating in that's filled with bacteria," she says.
